Building positive working relationships with individuals I service has been a large component to my success. Presently the job market is more globally competitive and they are receiving applicants from all over the world; therefore, students in the United States must work to make themselves more marketable globally. Having knowledge of what employers seek has been an asset to me in my teaching; as I translate the necessary soft skills knowledge to my students. My passion is to see as many people achieve their goals as possible. I believe that those same ethical standards are promoted by their organization’s philosophy, mission and vision as well as their non-discrimination policies.
